Euthyna — where proof leads, capital proceeds

Governance of capital disbursement.

Euthyna decides when money for a project may be paid out: only after the proof of work is checked and the right people approve. Every decision, with its reasons, goes on a record no one can change. No verified progress, no capital progression.

Euthyna never holds or moves money. Your bank or fund administrator still makes the transfer; Euthyna says whether it is eligible.

How it works

Three checks stand between a request for money and its release.

  1. The proof is checked.
  2. The right people approve.
  3. The decision is written down, with its reasons.
Inside a futuristic semiconductor cleanroom, technicians in white protective suits monitor wafer-production equipment and robotic tooling.
Evidence is checked before it counts. Proof of work is fingerprinted the moment it arrives, and an independent verifier confirms it. A self-reported claim never satisfies a rule that asks for more.
A cable-stayed bridge under construction at sunset, with cranes, unfinished spans, towers, workers and support vessels across a wide channel.
The right people approve, and never the same person twice. Whoever submits the evidence cannot verify it, and whoever verifies cannot approve it. The engine enforces the separation; it does not ask for it.
A utility-scale solar farm at sunset, with long rows of photovoltaic panels, a substation and transmission pylons stretching toward the horizon.
Eligible, or on hold, with the reason on record. With evidence and approvals in, Euthyna decides whether the tranche may proceed, or holds it. The decision and every reason are written to a tamper-evident ledger you can replay.
